The Baby Steps program also helps moms prepare for birth and early parenting, and it is built around connection as much as it is around preparation. Early in your second trimester, you are invited to a celebration breakfast where you can meet other moms who are at a similar point in their pregnancy.

Monthly check-ins keep the team close throughout. Toward the end of pregnancy, a series of classes covers labor and delivery, breastfeeding, infant CPR and first aid, baby basics, and personal development, and the program closes with a graduation that celebrates everything you have accomplished. Near your due date, moms who complete the program are offered a Baby Bundle containing items for their newborn.
